Delivery

Orders from our Ready-Made inventory will be processed and shipped out within 4 working days. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent out, followed by a shipping notification and tracking number upon postage.

Custom orders will have a processing time of 4 weeks or more depending on complexity of order, more information will be provided in a follow up email after Checkout.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. In the event you’ve changed your mind, all unworn and unused purchases can be exchanged for store credit valid for up to 2 years from the date of issue. We ask for communication of notice within 7 days of delivery so we can prepare for it. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.

We take utmost care in ensuring Custom orders are to your satisfaction, and therefore do not accept returns for made-to-order garments.
